Last March 2022, we were engaged to do reinstatement works to several HDB units that were being returned back to HDB.  What this means is that we have to strip down all the previous renovation works done by the previous owner(s), and return them back to its original state before HDB puts these units back on the marketplace for sale.  Some of the works done for this particular flat @ Kim Tian Place:  - Dismantling and disposal of leftover furniture and fittings- Hacking of floor/ wall tiles to entire unit. - Laying of floor/ wall tiles only at Kitchen and Bathrooms- Electrical...

Late June this year, we were engaged by a long-term client of ours to do reinstatement works to their office unit since they were moving to another location.  Our workers worked diligently day and night and successfully handed over this project within a steep timeline of 2 weeks.  Works done:  - Dismantling of partition walls, plaster ceiling, vinyl and carpet flooring. - Reinstatement of ceiling boards and grid-system ceiling paneling.- Reinstatement of lightings to original.- Relocation of sprinkler to original.- Relocation of electrical wirings to original.- Relocation of aircon ducts to original.  Here are our during and after images of work done...

During this circuit breaker period, Jeremy Renovation has been working diligently to complete urgent retrofitting works for the vacated flats at Redhill Close.  What is retrofitting? Retrofitting means to put in and replace any old components of a building, upgrading it with newer parts for better comfort. In this case, we replaced all the original furniture, cabinets and cupboards, window grills and doors with new ones whilst giving the flats a fresh coat of paint.  These newly refurbished flats were then utilized by the Singapore Government to house healthy foreign workers in light of the current worldwide Covid-19 pandemic that has...
