Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
At Jeremy Renovation we have a 14-day return policy. We will not be able to offer any refund or exchange on items after 14 days from the date that you receive your item.
1. No Refunds after product installations.
- In the event that there is a problem with your product i.e. wrong fit, measurements, etc., refunds will be on a case-by-case basis subject to approval. Please email us at hello@jeremyrenovation.sg for a returns form, indicate your reason for a refund and email it back to us. If successful, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to be processed back into your bank account.
2. Exchanges are available to all regular priced and to certain discounted items.
- Please email us at hello@jeremyrenovation.sg for a returns form, indicate your reason for exchange and email it back to us. Let us know what is the new item you want to exchange your item for. Do note that the newly exchanged items can only be same or higher priced. We will contact you for any top-ups if the new item is higher priced.
All returns must be either brought back to our physical store @ 171 Stirling Road #01-1109 Jeremy Renovation or mailed back via a trackable source as registered mail or courier; and must reach us within 14 working days for local orders from the date you receive your item. We are not liable for delivery charges (if any) and we are not liable for any lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel and there will also be no compensation for any lost mails.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that it came in. Items must only be purchased directly from www.jeremyrenovation.sg.
Incorrect Item
We apologise for mailing out the incorrect item to you.
Drop us an email at hello@jeremyrenovation.sg with a photo of the incorrect item within 7 working days upon receiving the item for verification purposes. Our in-house courier team will then arrange for a new delivery date to come by and exchange the correct item with you in-person.
To be eligible for an exchange of a defective/ incorrect item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the item tags still attached. Items must only be purchased directly from www.jeremyrenovation.sg.
Warranty
Warranty are only given to certain product purchase with installations. The warranty period starts from the date the product is installed by us and are as given:
- All Tap purchase with installation: 30-day Warranty
- All Toilet Bowl purchase with installation: 180-day Warranty
- All Sinks purchase with installation: No Warranty
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the limited warranty period, Jeremy Renovation will repair at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Jeremy Renovation will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
This limited warranty does not cover any problems that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

We reserve the rights to reject any claims for warranty from problems that is not caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Our Address for Returns
Courier Service
1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Blk 171 Stirling Road, #01-1109 Singapore 140171. As this is a business office address, please indicate to your courier to deliver during business hours from 9am-6pm on Weekdays.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returns.
Meet-Up (Free)
2. You may opt to do a meet-up outside Queenstown Mrt Station from 9am-6pm on weekdays for returns/ exchanges of smaller items. Email us at hello@jeremyrenovation.sg to arrange for a convenient meet up at no cost to return your items. This is a free service so we hope you understand that we may be away on overseas work trips/meetings at times and may not always be able to accommodate to your preferred timing. We will try our best!
