Recent Projects! — Concrete Pathway Repairs

Early March this year, we were engaged by a client of ours to do an anti-slip epoxy floor to a sloped-entrance as they have been getting many feedback from the public on how dangerous the existing slippery condition was.  Our workers quickly got to work by first scraping off all the existing leftover epoxy, cleaning the affected area off any oils, debris and dirt. Late March 2021, Jeremy Renovation was engaged once again to do rectification works to a severely damaged concrete-lined walkway in Tanglin Park. Here are the before images of the original pathway with many broken concrete slabs.  We quickly got to work to repair and replace the damaged slabs. Our Process: Step 1: Removal of damaged slabs and broken debris fallen into drainages. Step 2: Extraction and cleaning of buried slabs underneath harden soils. Step 3: Repair, replace and realignment of old and new concrete slabs!  Here are our after images of rectification works done:
