Just last December 2020, Jeremy Renovation quickly stepped in to rescue this warehouse in Depot Lane that had many leakages and water seepages from the rooftop and sides, causing damages to the owners' possessions.
Given the dire situation of the leakages, we first had to clear out all the leaves and dirt collected from over the years in the rooftop gutters. These persistent debris was the first primary reason as to why the drainage pipes were choked-up causing ponding waters.

After, we applied new waterproofing membranes and sealants to combat the leakages and seepages in this warehouse.
