Recent Projects! — Rooftop Leakages Repairs

Last March 2021, Jeremy Renovation was engaged by an owner of a landed property to do waterproofing works to their rooftop due to some minor leakage problems.  Work Done: Realignment and replacement of damaged existing roof tiles, repainting of whole roof finished with  2 coats of Davco K10 waterproofing membrane overtop.  Here are the after images of our completed work: 

In the month of late October 2020 till early January 2021, Jeremy Renovation was engaged by several large corporations to do urgent building maintenance repairs to prevent the late monsoon season from causing even more dire damages to their buildings and fixtures.  We did many rooftop leakages and water seepage repairs, and many other plumbing chokages caused by the heavy rain and thunderstorms.  Here are the before and after images of a building's rooftop that we repaired from future leakages and water seepages into the units located below:  Our Process:  Step 1: Checking for water ponding/ stagnant waters after heavy rain. Just last December 2020, Jeremy Renovation quickly stepped in to rescue this warehouse in Depot Lane that had many leakages and water seepages from the rooftop and sides, causing damages to the owners' possessions.  Given the dire situation of the leakages, we first had to clear out all the leaves and dirt collected from over the years in the rooftop gutters. These persistent debris was the first primary reason as to why the drainage pipes were choked-up causing ponding waters.  Images: before cleaning/ during cleaning/ after cleaning After, we applied new waterproofing membranes and sealants to combat the leakages and seepages in this warehouse.  Contact us for...
